The Telegraph - Pakistan has threatened war after being blamed by India for a deadly terrorist attack in Kashmir.
On Tuesday, 26 people were killed in a gun attack at a tourist spot in the Indian part of Kashmir, the disputed region that borders Pakistan, India, Afghanistan and China.
