Boeing takes US$4.9bn 737 Max hit in second quarter: Boeing has said it will record an after-tax charge of $4.9 billion, or $8.74 per share, in connection with the grounding of the 737 Max. The plane is currently out of operation following two crashes, in Indonesia and Ethiopia.
